You will directly supervises all front office personnel and ensures proper completion of all front office duties. Good interpersonal skills and speaking other languages are an advantage, you will be required to direct and coordinate the activities of the front desk, reservations, guest services, check-ins, check-outs, guest billing and telephone areas.

You will also train, and retrains all front office personnel, maintains working relationships and communicates with all departments and ensure guest problems are resolved quickly, efficiently, and courteously

You will prepare weekly & monthly reports and budget for front office department.

EDUCATION:
Minimum of a Certificate in Hospitality Management / Degree in Hospitality.

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of two years of hotel front desk supervisory experience in a full-service hotel. You experienced in handling cash, accounting procedures, and general administrative
