The Demi Chef will be responsible in supporting the Chef De Partie in the hotel kitchen, must be able to deliver consistently high-quality food. Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation of food and keeps up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques, organized and have the ability to work under pressure and long hours.

Education:
Culinary Degree / Diploma in Cookery (City & Guilds) or equivalent with a minimum 3 years certification.

Experience:
Must have at least 3 years’ experience cooking in a well-established full-service hotel (Skilled in Pastry & Desert will be a plus) and/or minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
