Must be able to communicate in English with writing skills. Good interpersonal skills and speaking other languages are an advantage and a plus. Have a good memory for order taking. Organized and have ability to work under pressure and long hours.

EXPERIENCE:
Two years previous bar tending experience required. Ability to make drink recipes and mix ingredients in the appropriate quantities.

Experience in handling Point of sale (POS) terminals will be an advantage.

EDUCATION:
Senior High School with on-hands training in Food & Beverage / Certificate in Food & Beverage or Equivalent
